| What are the characteristics of the synotpe ? |
 The dial displays the 24 hours of
the day.
Unlike conventional 12-hour
dial that requires actual capacity for abstraction, the synopte
provides
direct and immediate reading time.
One hand indicates the present
moment.
The only hour hand is more than enough time to read. The scale
provides a reading accuracy to the nearest quarter hour.
The day is marked by a color code.
This code is based on the traffic lights: greenfor the morning (it
starts day) and red for the evening (it stops its activities). Orange
for the afternoon, yellow for the south and blue for night.
The daily schedule is posted on
the dial.
